Describes the changes in the chain of title, from one of the first Connecticut settlers of the Susquehanna Company, JEREMIAH COLEMAN, to the Fullers....It was further mentioned that SARAH COLEMAN, (widow of JEREMIAH COLEMAN), Sara Hodge (his daughter) and ANSON CARSKADDEN and THOMAS CARSKADDEN (his grandchildren) as his legal heirs knew that the Baldwins and Fullers should be granted the proper title to their share of Lot No. 40.
