      Sam P. King, Sr.
      Paris: Sam P. King Sr., 65, of Paris Route 4, died at 10:10 p.m. Saturday at his residence. He was a native of Lincoln County, a farmer, and a member of Watts Chapel, Crab Orchard.
      Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Anna King; three daughter, Mrs. Julian Hazelrigg, Mrs. Jimmy Jordan and Mrs. Larry Overly, all of Bourbon County; a son, Sam P. King Jr., Bourbon County; a brother, Harry C. King, Bourbon County; a sister, Mrs. Herb Ingle, Indianapolis, Ind., and nine grandchildren.
      The body is at the Davis Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

      George Samuel P. King Sr.
      Paris: Services for George Samuel P. King Sr., 65, who died Saturday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Davis Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Sam Hatton and the Rev. William Cubine. Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery. Active bearers will be James, William Page, Harold, Robert, Gerald, Carl and Clarence H. King. Honorary bearers will be Raymond Gaunce, Dr. James F. Ferrell, William E. Cox, R.P. Gibson, John Baker, Brice Steel, Leroy Overly, Eddie Lee Roe and Russell Earlywine. The body is at the residence on the Winchester Road where it will remain until noon Tuesday, when it will be removed to the funeral home for services.

W.O. Hansford, of this place. We understand they took the night express for Louisville and there crossed the river to Jeffersonville where the knot was tied. While we object to that way of getting married, we offer them our congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness and prosperity.
